  1. Organisations Registered under Department of Cooperation/West Bengal/India with Bye-Laws which is relevant to Nature of Organisation.
  2. Cooperative with Registration under Cooperation Department/West Bengal/India must have to organise at least one General Meeting in a Month. [It is applicable for all the Organisations mentioned above in clause No1].
  3. At Least Eight Members are Needed to form Cooperative.
  4. Share Amount of Every Member of Cooperative Should be Equal.
  5. Member of Cooperative may be from any where in the World.
  6. Share of Cooperative is Property of an Individual with Fundamental Right of an Indian Citizen followed by Law Governed by Indian Constitution under Parliamentary Democracy of India. Nature of Share may be with the feature of Movable or Immovable Property. Tax in respect of selling share will be settled by the Concerned Authority of Government. Cooperative or its Members will have No Right to say any thing in respect of selling Share of any Member.
  7. Member of Cooperative should be allowed to sell his Share with his Own Discretionary Power without having any permission of the Cooperative followed by Clause No.4 stated above.
  8. Cooperative can Charge .5% only of Share Value for Processing Charge in Respect of Transferring Membership. Hon'ble High Court has issued an Order in this respect. Pl. Verify & Correct Error.
  9. By virtue of Ownership of aforesaid [Cooperative Share], the Buyer will be Member of the Cooperative. His membership of Registration will be Registered by the Authority of Govt. under which the Cooperative is Registered.
  10. Cooperative or its Members can place proof of evidence before Concerned authority of Government to cancel membership of any member. Same procedure is to be maintained for any new member.
  11. Computerised Accounts is to be maintained as well as Monthly Statement is to be displayed in Notice board. It may be called Open Accounting System. It is to be Mandatory. This is against the Privacy Policy which is Back Bone of Pvt. Ltd & Ltd Companies in respect of Monopolisation. State Govt. can implement the same for Cooperative to Break Through Monopolisation.
